Listomate Return Policy
At Listomate, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy allows you to return eligible items under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.
Some items, such as custom-made, perishable, or intimate products, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@listomate.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the address to send the item back.
- Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will happily provide an exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for the exchange.
5. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods (such as food)
- Intimate items (such as lingerie)
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
